Product description

The MDA-400LJ is a precision mask aligner designed specifically for universities, research labs, and educational institutions. Featuring a maintenance-free 365 nm LED light source with a lifetime of 50,000 hours, it provides reliable and consistent exposure for photoresist processing.

Compared to traditional mercury vapor lamps, the LED-based MDA-400LJ consumes far less energy and requires minimal upkeep. The light source delivers instant illumination. You do not need warm-up or cool-down periods, and there’s no need for cooling fans, filters, or shutters. Its long-lasting LED technology also improves safety, reduces environmental impact, and enhances operator comfort during mask alignment.
