The POLOS® PM-100 Start is a compact and precise UV laser writer designed to give users maximum creative freedom when structuring photosensitive materials. As a fully functional entry-level system, it combines high-performance components with intuitive operation, making it ideal for research, prototyping, and microfabrication applications.
Equipped with a 405 nm laser module, the PM-100 Start is capable of defining features down to 0.8 µm directly in photoresist layers. The system supports both binary exposure and up to 4095 grayscale levels, enabling the fabrication of complex 2.5D patterns, surface reliefs, and mask designs. Continuous laser-based autofocus and dynamic power control ensure consistent image quality throughout the entire writing process.
All control electronics are fully integrated within the system frame, with only the control PC external to the unit. The supplied Windows-based computer and software package provide a complete, ready-to-use solution straight out of the box.
